Justin Haselden joined Jackson Holcomb on October 1, 2025 as Of Counsel.
An experienced government contracts attorney, Justin served as trial counsel for the Air Force Commercial Litigation Directorate and most recently as the Acting Assistant General Counsel for Procurement Law at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Justin has resolved hundreds of conflicts involving billions of dollars of government spending and was counsel in over 100 bid protests and claims appeals. In addition to his position at the firm, Justin is a lieutenant colonel in the DC Air National Guard.
